GOODS FOR SALE
Fine Findings sells jewellery and other goods online. Whilst every attempt will be made to portray the goods as accurately as possible, many of the goods are previously loved and could be worn in places.
Sizing, measurements, photographic images, and appraisals of all goods are approximations only and Fine Findings does not guarantee the absolute accuracy thereof.
We will gladly provide additional photos of any product on request and can arrange a personal viewing within selected suburbs of Johannesburg for products priced at R 500 (five hundred rand) or more.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
With the exception of personal viewings and deliveries within selected suburbs of Johannesburg, we require bank clearance of your payment prior to dispatching any goods.
Goods will remain available for sale online and/or offline until payment has been received and goods will be delivered to the first person whose payment is received.
Notwithstanding that orders not paid within five days will be cancelled, Fine Findings reserves the right to cancel any order including orders that have been paid for.
At present, deliveries will only be made within South Africa and the choice of courier will be at the sole discretion of Fine Findings.
Fine Findings will make every effort to hand over goods for delivery to the courier company as expediently as possible after having received payment into our account.
All goods dispatched will be insured by Fine Findings at an additional cost for your account. Should you waive the insurance cost, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit.
No claim for non-delivery may be made against Fine Findings unless we are unable to provide copies of the original signed delivery note(s).
RETURNS
With the exception of goods delivered for viewing prior to purchase, any goods may be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund provided the goods have not been damaged following delivery.
The cost of returning any goods, including insurance, will be for your account. Refunds will be processed within thirty days of receipt of the returned goods.

Personal viewings, delivery, and payment in cash or with credit/debit/cheque card can be arranged on request within the following suburbs of Johannesburg:
